To use the wireless microphone system, follow these steps: 1. Short press the power button of the transmitter. The screen on the transmitter will light up. 2. Insert a microphone into the transmitter and tighten it. 3. Short press the power button of the receiver. The "BAT." light turns blue, and then plug the receiver into the mic-in jack of the device (please choose the correct adapter). 4. Ensure that the transmitter and receiver are paired successfully. If the "BAT" and "RF/AF" lights on the receiver both remain blue, the pairing is successful. 5. You can then proceed to record, take a video, or amplify your voice.

One common problem is that the sound is small. To address this: 1. Ensure that the product is successfully paired and can record normally. 2. Check if all three microphones have low volume or just part of the mic. 3. Try adjusting the volume of the microphone transmitter. There are 21 sets of volume (U000-U020), which can be adjusted by short-pressing the right or left button. 4. Adjust the volume of the speaker. 5. If the above methods cannot solve the problem, please contact the seller.

Another issue is not being able to hear from the device. After recording is completed, unplug the receiver, and then play the recorded audio to hear your voice. This is because the microphone will occupy the speaker of the device, and you cannot hear the recording when the receiver is plugged in. Additionally, this microphone system cannot be used directly for video conversations or online meetings. If you still can't hear your voice after unplugging the transmitter, please contact the seller for more detailed assistance.

Regarding the transmitter or receiver not holding a charge, please check if they can be charged normally. Typically, if the charging time is too long (overnight is too long, and full charging normally takes 2-3 hours), it will shorten the battery life. When the receiver appears red light or the transmitter battery symbol flashes, it is necessary to turn off the receiver or transmitter power and charge it promptly.
